I would like to review “Dolphinus”, located in Malaga´s main square,as one of the most outstanding restaurants due to its exceptional cuisine, outstanding service and attractive atmosphere.
Its selling point is the wide variety of dishes it offers, from Mexican Taco to Spanish paella. It is clear that the chefs know how to use the spices and cooking methods from different countries correctly. For this reason, it is suitable for large groups as the menu’s diversity can please everybody.
Much to my surprise, the staff matched the chefs being professional and welcoming with a high knowledge of what was being offered. Not only do they recommend a dish according to your taste but also the wine based on the chosen food.
What I liked most was the atmosphere. It was incredibly spacious allowing a quiet and intimate conversation making it suitable for a romantic dinner or a large family celebration. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a breathtaking view of the city.
I highly recommend this restaurant, it exceeded my expectations due to its impressive food, polite staff and delightful atmosphere

To be perfectly honest, it was incredible how well the chefs knew how to use the spices and cooking methods from different countries.
Much to my surprise, the staff matched the chefs, being professional and welcoming, always with a smile and ready to answer any questions. My husband was hesitating about which wine to choose, and the waitress recommended “Bluemoon” as the most suitable for the “Chama Masala” he had ordered.
What I liked most from the moment we stepped inside was the atmosphere. We were able to have a quiet and intimate conversation because the restaurant was incredibly spacious, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offering a view of the city were beyond our imagination.
As I said before, stop looking and give it a try. You won’t regret it, and I am sure you will go back — just as I will.
